This picture was donated by Duane Gow.   The picture is of the Galion police department around 1939 or 1940.  Seated: Capt. Jimmy Walker (later to become chief), Chief Moody, Mayor Nichols.   Standing: Morris Bowers (later to become chief, Merle Gow (later to become chief), Chuck Lower, Guy Lowe, and Ed Hoekstra.
